People who know about business think that workers have a better productivity when they are rewarded, some companies give them privileges or promotions beside of money but the reality is that employees work hard to be rewarded with money. They sometimes feel manipulated or frustrated because they don’t receive the rewarded they wanted to have, it makes them feel bad and disappointed about themselves, employees said that “The more you ask, the more you will be disappointed”, and that being rewarded or not, affects the relationship between employees and super busser, this is what the lecture was about, on the other hand the reading says that rewards are the greatest motivational effect in job performance. In the reading, people argue that any such incentives must have be perceived as within the reach of a person. If the reward system is correctly structured it is possible to persuade to achieve remarkable good results like improving employees attitudes, motivation and productivity.
